Dear parishioners, dear members of the parish, On Sunday, July 10, 2011 immediately after the Liturgy at 12.00 Special General Meeting of the parish on the Church Renovation Project will be held.

The Meeting agenda:

1. Prayer
2. Determination of quorum
3. Adoption of the agenda
4. Statement of purpose of the general meeting
5. Voting on the resolution of the meeting (Delegation of authority to the Committee on the Church Renovation)
6. Prayer

Please read some of the current documents on the project published on our website. All are invited. The turnout of the parish members (with voting rights) is required.

If you are a member of the parish and are planning to be absent from the meeting for a good cause – please fill out the affirmation that you agree to authorize the Committee on the Church Renovation to carry out reconstruction on behalf of the parish and do all necessary actions to complete the project – the affirmation form is here.

At the meeting there will be the representative of an engineering company, to be hired to design documentation and to present the project in the Municipality of Vancouver for obtaining the permission to carry out engineering works. All your questions or concerns could be answered using the set of drawings prepared to the moment.
On Sunday June 19th the members of the Committee on the reconstruction of the temple after the liturgy at 12:00 ready to answer all questions on the merits of the plan and selected as the work on the project.
