Regarding the plot notice, yes the monuments will have restrictions based on the row numbers.
\nWe cannot have upright monuments in every row, so they are staggered to be every second row.
\nIf you are a plot holder in C, E, G, I, K, M, O, Q rows, then you are in an UPRIGHT MARKER row.
\nIf you are a plot holder in B, D, F, H, J, L, N, P5-P33, R rows, your marker will be a flat one.
\nP34-P40 is by the garden\/gazebo area and those may be uprights.
\nFor plot owners in an upright row, they are allowed to have a flat marker, a pillow style or an upright marker. If the family is in a flat row, they may only have a flat marker, flush with the ground. This makes it possible for us to maintain the grounds and to conduct burial services with our equipment.
\nNo action is required if the plot owners are happy with their locations.
\nThe flat markers normally cost $1,400 to $1,900 depending on the size, where the upright markers easily cost $3,800 to over $5,000.
\nThe only people who need to make a change are the owners in a FLAT row, if they would like an upright marker.
\nWe are permitting changes until the end of the year at no cost to the plot owners.
