My name is Tatyana Elizarova. I have been here in Canada with my husband and family for over 30 years. It so happened that I came to the church only 6 years ago. My husband Nikolai Elizarov really wanted to baptize our grandchildren, we got together, organized everything and since then I realized that this is the place where you need to go to pray for them and for all your children, for grandchildren, so that they do not get sick, so that they study from us to the commandments that the Lord left us.

I come to church almost every Sunday. Sometimes it happens when this cannot be done. Then I try to come during the week and feel some kind of light, blessing and warmth here. And when you return home on Sunday, we gather for a family lunch, a family dinner – I feel as if you have done something so good and bright. And this feeling remains for almost the entire week. I really like the parishioners, they are very kind. I really like everyone I interact with. The school taught by Sasha Gruntsev is very interesting and educational. That is, I come here as if I were visiting my friends’ house.

I want to congratulate all our parishioners and those whom I already know well and whom I have not yet gotten to know very well, I want to congratulate everyone on the Centenary of this temple and wish this temple further prosperity. And, of course, many thanks to Father Michael and Matushka Elena for all their work, care and help to everyone who is in need.
