In my plant, we have a 200 employees (union) . The plant works 6 days a week (Sunday to Friday day and night) on 12 hrs shifts 6.30 to 6.30
I want to offer jobs to people in need. Could be very flexible, part-time, full-time – even if they take one shift a week as a second job.
English is not key – just basic communication. No experience is required.

Our print division in Delta, BC is seeking Full Time and Part Time, Entry Level Stacker Operators to join their fast-paced team environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be supporting production flow by ensuring all products coming off the printing presses are bundled and stacked in accordance with the requirements of the customer.
- You will be responsible for the basic maintenance and operation of the Stacker machines including in feed section, upper/lower bin settings, air supply control and programming.
- You will be responsible for operating all equipment required in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
- You will participate in preventative maintenance of the printing presses through general cleaning of all press equipment, machines and areas around the presses.
- You will adhere to all company policies such as Health and Safety and contributes to a Respectful Workplace.
You have:
- Manufacturing/Production industry experience (nice to have, but we will provide on-the-job training).
- Attention to detail & accuracy.
- Knowledge of Safety Awareness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Basic Math Skills.
- Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English.
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts that rotate between days and nights every 2 weeks.
You are:
- Reliable & Punctual.
- Organized and hard working.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Bonafide physical requirements to carry out the duties of the role include standing, walking, climbing, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. and maneuvering equipment and waste bins requiring up to 56 lbs of horizontal force through 12-hour shifts.

Full-Time Employment:
Full-Time employees will be scheduled on a 12-hour shift schedule, working thirty-six (36) hours per week and up to forty-two (42) hours per week during peak production periods. Shifts rotate between days and nights every two (2) weeks.
