With the blessing of the parish rector, the “Holy Resurrection” Chess Club is opening at the church.
The club was organized by a family from our parish.

The “Holy Resurrection” Orthodox Chess Club invites children, young people, adults, and the older generation of our parish family to gather for socializing, learning, and playing chess in a warm, friendly, and supportive atmosphere. The club is open to everyone—from those just beginning to discover chess to experienced players.

Our meetings may include instruction, casual games, chess puzzles, and friendly tournaments. Chess helps develop focus, patience, sound judgment, and strategic thinking.

Equally important, these gatherings offer an opportunity to strengthen friendships, fraternal fellowship, and a sense of parish unity, bringing together people of different ages and generations. Whether you are making your very first moves or have been playing for years, we would be truly delighted to welcome you.
